Customer's reviews
I had a great experience! From the very start, they had someone to come out on a Friday afternoon to look at my heater when the first freeze was forecast to be Sunday! Bruce was right on time, very professional and very nice. He was through and explained everything to me along the way. He was able to diagnose, find the needed part in town and get the part picked up before they closed! He replaced the part and then checked to make sure it was working perfectly before he left and explained what he had checked in the process. Honestly the price was so very fair. Not sure I have had this quality of service anywhere for a long time. Many in the sevice industry act like you are an imposition these days but not here! It was nice to have real, genuine service at a fair price! Thank you....

I am very pleased with my experience with Peterson Plumbing and the installation of my Trane AC unit. William gave me my free estimate and also installed the unit with a helper. Sorry I dont remember his nsme. William answered all my questions on initial meeting and presented my options clearly as well. I had thought initially to also get a furnace but decided to wait on it. Ben, the manager, was quite helpful when I had followup questions and William was unavailable. He had great patience and explained technical questions well in terms I easily understood. When the installation was complete William and assistant cleaned up the area quite well. Peterson also offers good extended warranties on their work with an annual maintenance plan, which I'm a big believer in. I feel good in giving Peterson a 5 star rating.

We had a great experience with Peterson and their technician Josh. I really appreciate that they’re a small, local business, and the level of service reflected that.
Josh was extremely knowledgeable in troubleshooting our plumbing issue, gave us a fair and transparent quote, and did excellent work completing the repair. Communication throughout the process was top-notch, and he went above and beyond by helping us understand how to more efficiently use our home energy system (solar, heat pump mini-splits, and boiler for in-floor and baseboard heating).
He was also genuinely pleasant and easy to work with, which always makes a big difference. We’ll absolutely use Peterson again and plan to sign up for a service agreement this spring. Highly recommend.
